1. Notice to users
1.1. Users may use this Site solely for their own personal or internal purposes.
Each User agrees that it shall not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on or through the Site (the "Trade-Wire Content") for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing the Trade-Wire Content, mass mailing (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Trade-Wire, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Trade-Wire Content. Neither Trade-Wire nor any of our affiliates, directors, officers or employees has entered into any sales agency relationship with such third party by virtue of Trade-Wire's display of the Third Party Content on the Site.
Any Third Party Content is the sole responsibility of the party who provided the content.
Trade-Wire is not responsible for the accuracy, propriety, lawfulness or truthfulness of any Third Party Content, and shall not be liable to any User in connection with such User's reliance of such Third Party Content. In addition, Trade-Wire is not responsible for the conduct of any User's activities on the Site, and shall not be liable to any person in connection with any damage suffered by any person as a result of such User's conduct.
2. Trade-Wire Services
This Agreement covers the following services offered by Trade-Wire (together these are referred to as the "Trade-Wire Services"):The Trade-Wire Online Information Service ("the Trade-Wire Information Service") is a business information service managed centrally by Trade-Wire and includes the provision of business data and information compiled and organized using a method developed by Trade-Wire ("the Trade-Wire Data"), together with other information and related services. The Trade-Wire Information Service is available under the "Search" section of the Trade-Wire Website. The Trade-Wire Information Service includes information about the products and/or services of third parties and may permit access to information and services provided by third parties ("Third Party Content").
Trade-Wire reserves the right to amend, modify or suspend the Trade-Wire Services (or any part thereof) from time to time. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Trade-Wire Services and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements and understandings whatsoever which existed or may have existed between Trade-Wire and the User. Trade-Wire may modify this Agreement upon notice published over the Trade-Wire Website.
3. Use of the Trade-Wire Services
3.1 The User agrees not to copy (other than incidentally in the process of viewing), market, re-sell, distribute, retransmit, publish, compile a database, carry on any automated browsing or downloading or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit in any form any Trade-Wire Data or Third Party Content received via or in connection with the Trae-Wire Services other than for the internal purposes of its business.
3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, the Trade-Wire Data or Third Party Content may not be used as part of any product or service or supplied to any third party in any way which competes with the business or products of Trade-Wire or its franchised network.
3.3 Using the Trade-Wire Data or the Trade-Wire Services for "spamming" and/or unlawful unsolicited marketing is expressly prohibited - for example (and without limitation) the User must not use the Trade-Wire Data and/or the Trade-Wire Services to send unsolicited messages for the purposes of marketing or offering goods or services for sale.
3.4 The User undertakes to answer promptly all responses received to all communications sent through the Trade-Wire Services.
3.5 Except to the extent permitted by law, the User agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or modify the whole or any part of any software which is accessible via or in connection with the Trade-Wire Services.
4.1 Use of Information Collected by Us
TRADE-WIRE may collect two types of information from users of the Site: "personal information" (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, etc.) and "aggregate information" (such as frequency of visits to any of the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed, etc.)
We use this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Site and to communicate with you about information that you request. We may also use this information to help us target specific services or offers to you, to help us develop and improve the Site, and to tailor the Site to your interests.
4.2 Collecting and Using Your Personal Information
TRADE-WIRE only collects personal information that is voluntarily provided when users sign up for a TRADE-WIRE site. Specifically we ask you for personal information such as your name, address and email address We may also request PayPal payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.

TRADE-WIRE shares personal information with our parents and subsidiaries, and on occasion, we may share personal information with third party service providers, such as credit card processing companies. 4.6 Message Boards
On some of the Site, we provide message boards for visitors to post comments and messages for others to read. We may collect technical information about your post, such as the IP address from which you posted, and associate this information with your messages. Even if messages are deleted, we may retain copies and attendant information indefinitely.
When you post messages to the message boards, certain information, such as your email address, user name and/or full name, may be available to the public. A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of our Site but not on your computer. When you access these pages, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular computer visits a particular page. If you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous website visit.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF TRADE-WIRE OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
